My Journey to Becoming an Emotional Intelligence Coach

I'm excited to share a new chapter in my professional journey. Alongside my reflexology and reiki, I am currently training to become an emotional intelligence coach. This new path feels like a natural extension of my existing practice, as it aligns perfectly with my focus on EQ coaching and utilizing self-awareness techniques to help people connect with their inner selves and find greater balance.

What is Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Coaching?

Understanding your own emotional intelligence can help you navigate life's challenges in a way that feels easier and more comfortable.


Why Explore EQ Coaching with an Emotional Intelligence Coach?


Very few of us know how to handle heavy emotions or sit with uncomfortable feelings; we usually just learn to avoid them. We can get stuck in outdated belief patterns or habits that quietly hold us back without even realizing it. You might recognize these thoughts:

Helpful Tools

Seeking Practice Clients

As I work towards my certification as an emotional intelligence coach, I am seeking a small number of committed individuals to serve as practice clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience the benefits of EQ coaching at a reduced rate. In return, your participation will provide me with invaluable experience as I complete my training. 


Our sessions will be fully confidential and supportive, offering a safe space for you to reflect, grow, and explore various self-awareness techniques.

What to Expect: Session Format & Frequency

Our sessions with an emotional intelligence coach will be 30 minutes long and can take place weekly or bi-weekly; the choice is yours. However, we can't leave more than two weeks between sessions. This is crucial because consistency is vital for building self-awareness and applying effective self-awareness techniques. The brain requires regular reinforcement to create and strengthen new neural pathways, a process known as neuroplasticity. Gaps longer than two weeks can slow this process down and diminish the impact of our EQ coaching together.
