What to expect during a session
During a reflexology session, you will be asked to remove your shoes and socks and relax on a comfortable bed. I will use my hands to apply pressure to specific points on your feet. You may experience a tingling or a relaxing sensation but it should not be painful.

What does your BiG TOE say about you?
Having read Jane Sheehan's book Let's Read Our Feet! I've learnt that if you have a very big, big toe, this means you're fantastic at brainstorming, coming up with new ideas and thinking outside the box. If you're looking for a problem solver, find someone with a big toe!
However, if you have a small big toe, you're a great multi-tasker juggling lots of things at once and never loosing your way. If you've got a lot to do with not much time, a small big toe will help you achieve the impossible.

Foot reflexology is great for improving your wellbeing. A balanced lifestyle of eating healthily, exercising regularly and thinking positively are all ways to help improve your general wellbeing and help you feel great!
Eating well
A balanced diet should be varied and contain sufficient carbohydrates for energy, and fat and protein for growth and tissue repair. We need lots of water to transport essential nutrients and eliminate toxins from our bodies. If the toxins build up you could experience tenderness, swelling and pain in your joints.
We are what we eat
There is a fundamental relationship between between the food we eat and the efficiency of our cell function. If we eat well, the cells will keep our bodies at optimal working order. If our diet is poor, our cells will be unable to maintain themselves, the organs and tissues of our bodies become impaired and our health suffers. During our reflexology session we'll chat about your diet and see if any changes can be made to benefit you.
Moving well
Just 20 minutes a day of gentle or moderate exercise helps you to breathe more deeply, improves your stamina and keeps your muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons strong. It can also help your mood, your sleep and relieve tension. The endorphins released through exercise not only help you feel better, they have been proved to help you think better too.
