I have been a member of the Association of Reflexologists since 2003 

www.aor.org.uk and all my reflexology training has been accredited through them

Pregnancy reflexology courses:

*Introduction to Reflexology as a communication tool between mother and unborn baby with Heinrike Bergmans  

*Pre-conceptual, pregnancy and post-natal course with the London School of Reflexology

Fertility reflexology training:

*Reproflexology training with Barbara Scott

The reflexology training provided a wealth of techniques to help couples improve their fertility naturally as well as assisting medicated cycles

Menopause reflexology training:

*Reflexology for Menopause Course with Sally Earlam

Course covered: reflexology research, lifestyle factors for easing menopausal symptoms and focused reflexology techniques aimed at supporting the body through this time of transition

Reflexology training:

*Baby Reflex and Toddler Reflex practitioner course - teaching parents how to give reflexology to their children

*TQUK Level 2  certificate in Children & Young People's Mental Health

*Nutrition & Health Level 2

Reflexology training:

In October 2023 I completed an AromaReflex Course. I am now qualified to work with 12 Essential Oils in my reflexology treatments

Menopause reflexology training:

*Natural facelift massage with Purple Turtle 

I am currently studying Facial Reflexology for an Empowered Peri/Menopause with Georgina Strickland at Lifespan Reflexology
